Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup soya chunks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Water for kneading
- Oil for cooking
Method of Preparation:
Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Mix whole wheat flour, salt, and water to form a dough. Set aside.
Mix soya chunks, onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, and salt.
Divide the dough into balls, roll out each ball, and place a portion of the soya mixture in the center.
Fold and roll out again to make a paratha.
Heat a tawa and cook the paratha with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
