Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- 1 tbsp ghee
Method of Preparation:
Heat ghee in a pan, add oats, and roast for 5 minutes.
Add milk, cook on low heat till oats are soft and the mixture thickens.
Add sugar, cardamom powder, and nuts; cook for another 5 minutes.
