Ingredients:
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add onions and sauté until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes soften.
Add cauliflower, potatoes, and spinach. Cook with 1 cup of water until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and serve hot.
