Ingredients:
- 2 raw bananas, boiled and mashed
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp mustard oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method of Preparation:
Mix mashed bananas, potatoes, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, and salt. Shape into balls.
Heat mustard oil in a pan, fry the balls until golden. Drain excess oil.
For the curry, follow the chicken curry method, omitting chicken and adding water as needed.
Add koftas to the curry and simmer for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
