Ingredients:
- 1 cup gundruk (fermented leafy greens)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add onions and sauté until golden.
Add tomatoes and turmeric. Cook until tomatoes soften.
Add gundruk and 3 cups of water. Cook for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and serve hot.
