Ingredients:
- 1 cup dosa batter
- ¼ cup grated beetroot
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Heat a non-stick tawa on medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of dosa batter and spread it slightly.
Sprinkle grated beetroot, chopped onion, and coriander leaves evenly on top.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges.
Cook on medium heat until the edges start to brown and the bottom is crisp.
Flip the uttapam and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
