Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method of Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Add potatoes and sauté until golden brown.
Add yogurt and spices, and cook until the potatoes are done.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
